My name is Mateus Alexsander. Though born in Brazil, my heart belongs to Lisboa. Since 2016 I’ve pursued my passion for cooking, training in Kitchen Management and Production at Escola de Hotelaria. I keep learning — Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Brasil, and Verace Pizza Napoletana in Naples — to blend tradition with modern, thoughtful cuisine.

I’ve learned with great cooks in training and professional kitchens, always aiming to show my love and passion in every plate I make.
